The turnaround time for laundry processing may vary based on the volume of orders and your location. Typically, it takes six (6) hours for “Wash, Dry & Fold” services while dry cleaning and ironing is completed within 2 to 3 days. Through our mobile application you can schedule your drop-off or pick-up and your collection or return delivery date and time for each service.

Yes, we do offer door-to-door service (limited to not more then 25km distance from your nearest DOBI VALET store or facility). We do not impose any minimum order to perform such services.

Scheduling a door-to-door service of pick-up and/or return delivery is easy. Just log into your account on DOBI VALET’s mobile application, 1) select the pick-up and return delivery option, 2) select the services you require, 3) schedule the date and time that works for you.

Yes, absolutely! You just need to log into your account on DOBI VALET’s mobile application, then manage your order(s) that need to be re-schedule. Please note that you should manage your rescheduling before the cut-off time(s) of your initial selection, if that cannot be complied with you will have to contact our customer service for the process and additional fees may be applicable.

Yes, you have such an option available to you. It works the other way around as well, where you would like us at DOBI VALET to pick-up from you but you will come collect it at the store where it was sent to. We try our utmost to live up to our motto of “Your Convenience, Our Mission”.
